Submitting a registration request does not create an account and does not charge you anything. We verify each bar association before activation, and no fee is due until your association is activated and on a paid plan.
You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing. Your association keeps access for the period already paid for, and the subscription then ends with no further charges. Your public association website remains visible as described in the Terms.
Paid plans are billed on your active member count, monthly or annually, as shown on the Pricing page. Fees for a period that has already been served are not normally refunded, because the system was available to your association throughout that period.
We do refund charges taken in error — for example a duplicate payment, a payment collected after you had confirmed cancellation, or an amount that does not match the plan shown on the Pricing page for your member count.
The system lets your association collect membership dues and installments from your own members online. Those payments belong to your association, not to SJP Legnocrats (SMC-Private) Limited. A member seeking a refund of their dues must approach their bar association directly — we only provide the software that records and collects them. This policy covers only the fees your association pays us for the software.
Email info@search.just.pk or call 03133254447 from the association’s registered contact, telling us the association name and the payment in question. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned by the same method they were paid — Easypaisa or card — and the time taken to appear depends on that provider or your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any right available to you under the applicable consumer protection law of Pakistan.
